Veronika Erhart setzt sich in ihrem umfangreichen Werk mit der künstlerischenTransformation von Linie, Fläche, Form und Material auseinander. Sperrige Werkstoffe und industrielle Abfallprodukte sind Ausgangspunkt eines künstlerischen Prozesses, in dem scheinbar klare ästhetische Strukturen und Formen aufgebrochen, weiterentwickelt und neu kontextualisiert werden. Die Reduktion auf das Wesentliche führt den Blick auf das Dahinterliegende und in die Tiefe.
In den Fokus der Installation FALLEN stellt die Künstlerin das vergangene Prunk- und Repräsentationsobjekt »Kristallluster«. Sie dokumentiert dessen Fall und Zerstörung - pur und radikal. Das Fragile und Fragmentarische, das bleibt, wird durch Spiegel-, Text- und Lichtinszenierungen mehrperspektivisch in übergreifende Objektlinien transformiert. Die sich reflektierenden leuchtenden Strukturen lassen neue Horizonte und Möglichkeiten erahnen.

Veronika Erhart's extensive work explores the artistic transformation of line, surface, form, and material. Unwieldy materials and industrial waste products are the starting point of an artistic process in which seemingly clear aesthetic structures and forms are broken down, developed further, and recontextualized. The reduction to the essential directs the gaze to what lies behind and into the depths.
In the installation FALLEN, the artist focuses on the past object of splendor and representation, the "crystal chandelier". She documents its fall and destruction – pure and radical. What remains, the fragile and fragmentary, is transformed through mirror, text, and light staging into overarching object lines from multiple perspectives. The reflecting luminous structures suggest new horizons and possibilities.
